Eli Help Windows released!

This plugin will give an option for you to be able to insert help windows for every scene or window of the default Rpg Maker Mv scenes! It's compatible with a lot of plugins that offers custom commands to, since it only needs the symbol for each command.

If you want for me to add a help window in a especific scene or command in another plugin, just let me know that I will add a patch in this plugin.
