Porting this plugin over to MZ!

This will automatically turn ON/OFF some switches in response to something in the game(that you can define in plugin parameters).

Like, if the player is in a vehicle, then a switch will be turned on. 

This is useful, in case you have many conditional branches based on weather, vehicles, player movement and a lot of other stuffs! Check it out :)
