2.0.0 - New features and bug fixes

Added a new variable to track down the actual amount of items received by the player when he is not able to receive all the amount given.
Changed several plugin parameter names for better consistency with the code logic. You will need to configure your plugin parameters again.
Most of the core plugin mechanics are rewritten
Fixed a bug where when the Full inventory switch was ON, it was not being set to off when losing stackable items.
Fixed a bug on the Scene Shop that was letting the player buy more than he can carry.
Fixed several other problems on the code, that honestly, I think it was working before by a miracle. The code now is way better written than before.
Updated the help file to better explain what the plugin parameter does.
