Adds a comma for every 3 numbers on text drawing by Windows. This is a default text: 

•  123456789 12 456 890 house yellow 15632 bola 123456789 1,000 2000 

 This is what the text will look like, with the plugin applied: 

•  123,456,789 12 456 890 house yellow 15,632 bola 123,456,789 1,000 2,000 

 The feature will only be applied on the windows set on the plugin parameter!
