• Removed the comment on the event feature for setting balloon positions.
• Created balloon position templates on plugin parameters!
• Fixed the help file link not working and updated the help file.
• Added plugin commands to let you change the balloon position.
• Need Eli Book 5.4.15 or higher.

I also reduced the version number of the plugin. I while ago I jumped all my plugin versions to 5.0.0 to let the people know I had changed the terms of use. But looking at this mess now, I really don't know why the Eliaquim from the past thought that it was a great idea haha ^^''
